He holds a general certificate of the Georgian Association of Guides as well as an international certificate from the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA). Besides the WFTGA Full Membership, Zaza owns WFTGA National Trainer status, which gives him the right to train and examine SAGA's future members.
