SAGA activities during the pandemic and series of online lectures

Georgian Association of Guides has implemented many activities to support guides during the pandemic. In addition to petitioning the state, in order to make staying at home more productive and interesting during the pandemic, SAGA has implemented a series of free online lectures regarding many interesting and relevant topics.

In addition, during the pandemic, Saga actively lobbied the government to support Guides and provide documentation in order to get Governmental compensation. The references issued by the association became an official document for freelance guides who could not confirm their activities. In the end, the association issued several hundreds of references to guides who are members of the association, graduates of various projects in the regions, as well as to non-member guides throughout Georgia.
